Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products only if your Butter Bits arrive broken, damaged or melted into a giant block of lotion bar ( and you don't like it ), please take, save and send a picture of the damage and you'll get to choose between new Butter Bits or a refund in 1-3 days. Easy peasy!
